I provide counselling and psychotherapy both short and longer-term for a wide range of issues. I have been an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) since 2007. I also offer supervision.

As human beings we have tremendous powers of resilience when we can find some meaning in what we’re going through. My therapy sessions can help you to find and develop a stronger resilience.

Talking helps

On our own we can get stuck into reliving negative experiences and feelings but without anything changing. Counselling can make a real difference.

Making sense of things that don’t make sense

Life can be full of difficulties and often we don’t really know how we’re going to cope – things can seem senseless and random and this leaves us feeling helpless and alone.

As a counsellor I believe that by speaking about difficult things we can gradually make sense of them.
